The Location + Filming

Well, at our first attempt on filming for our opening, we had a stroke of hard luck and a hint of bad organization which left us with a camera with next to no battery life. And we were only able to get two shots.
Also we found the location misfitting for our piece and have decided to move it to folbourn where this is an actual orchard which id open for the public to wark through. It is doubtful there will be any good apples on the trees, but we can improvise here, and all shall be well.

Film location

Alice and JJ Discussion:

sam and tom failed so we have sat and cried and
decided

that we need to film on a reasonably bright weekend, so maybe filming should be postponed till the snow goes away. Also we need to find a day when we are all free. We will film in some apple orchards in Bottisham this location will be big enough for us for us to film the chase scenes. We also have access to actors i we need.
We need to ask permission to use the orchard and we plan to do that sometime this week. We do know that it is apple season as we have researched this, and even if it is not sunny day we can manipulate the shot types on final cut.

*sam here, just like to say that i TRIED to get to Media, i really did!
and i agree with everything said.

that's all

NEWSFLASH, sam

i have an idea

i know its not exactly apple season, which is a problem we are sure to hit during filming, but from my point of view we only really need two shots of apples on trees (the beginning and end of our opening).

i just remembered i know a guy with a very idealistic apple tree in his garden, that ALWAYS seems to have apples. he lives locally and it's pretty perfect.

so, that problem could be solved!
if not, some store bought apples and double-sided tape should do.
any other shots will be fast and can easily be made plausible with a few strategically taped apples.
i want to make this whole film now :/ my heads buzzing with ideas like wasps around a fallen granny smith
